As we like to keep our menu fresh and original, some of our desserts will change weekly, others monthly and of course those with fruits will change seasonally.
Our dessert range is extensive, ranging from traditional cheesecakes, classic chocolate cakes and tiramisu to macaroons, Portuguese Tarts and our award winning Portuguese Chocolate Mousse. We’ve also created an indulgent Chocolate dipping plate using Callebaut (Belgium Couverture Chocolate). All these should be coupled with our selection of Hunter Valley’s best Wines, Dessert wines, Ports & Liqueurs.
We have sourced the Hunter Valleys best selection of Wines, Dessert wines, Ports and Liqueurs to pair with our various desserts, like our Sticky Date pudding with Honey or Butterscotch moonshine from the Morpeth distillery. We guarantee this selection is from local cellars and only available from local vineyards which we’ll be happy to direct you to.
San Pellegrino Water and flavours like Limonata, Chinotto and Aranciata Rossa, Soft drinks and juices will also be on our menu.
The full range of Barista made coffee will be available using our specialty sourced Glinelli coffee. We also serve a selection of specialty teas from favourites like Chamomile, Earl Grey and English Breakfast to our gourmet range. Our Hot Chocolate is to die for using warm, decadent melted Callebaut chocolate.
For those without a sweet tooth or wishing to have something savoury before diving into our dessert menu we have a limited daily selection of quiches & cheese plates, ham & cheese croissants and scones.

For the Kids we also have a Chocolate Dipping Plate (including marshmallows, honeycomb, poco loco sticks), assorted ice cream flavours, Chocolate mousse and more.
